And I'd also like to note 3 that as a condition of Mr. Kipps's review letter the 4 Township will be involved with the site from here on 5 out. So for example, the trees that are slated to be 6 removed they'll be tagged in the field. Mr. Kipp's 7 office will review and inspect that tag out. He will 8 also be involved during the removal activities 9 themselves and he will be inspecting the tree 10 protection. So the Township will have representation 11 on-site moving forward. 12 MR. MALANGA: Is there any place on the 13 tree removal plan that you signed that indicates the 14 health of the trees that are set forth? 15 THE WITNESS: Yeah. We have a hatch over 16 the trees that were deemed to be in poor health and 17 were designated separately. 18 MR. MALANGA: So all the trees that do not 19 have hatching over their numbered circles are in good 20 health? 21 THE WITNESS: Yes. They're considered to 22 be viable. 23 MR. MALANGA: All right.
