HESS: No. The cover sheet. 12 CHAIRMAN NEUER: The cover sheet. 13 THE WITNESS: Okay. 14 CHAIRMAN NEUER: That's what gets signed. 15 And let me just remind you, that if there's an 16 approval, because that's the only way it gets signed, 17 before I sign any plan all of the conditions have to be 18 printed on the cover of the final sheets. 19 THE WITNESS: Thank you for that. Finally, we had asked for a waiver from 21 submitting an Environmental Impact Statement, but 22 subsequently, I did provide environmental information 23 before last -- 10 days before the last meeting, last 24 Thursday.
