Testimony should be provided regarding HVAC, generator and other Mechanical equipment. 4.15. The proposed Site Plan shows two arrows for vehicles maneuvering. However, vehicle turning templates should be provided showing the various vehicle movements with turning radii and space available to make a turn. 4.16. It is recommended that a sight triangle be provided to ensure that the driveway intersection with Eagle Rock Avenue has an unobstructed view for vehicles and pedestrians as requested at August meeting.
