MALANGA: Thank you, Mr. Chairman. 6 Mr. Chairman, good evening, members of the board, 7 good evening, Mr. Blake, good evening. 8 MR. BLAKE: Good evening. 9 MR. MALANGA: You just stated that you 10 are there to testify with regards to storm water 11 management design and exclusively that, is that 12 right? 13 MR. BLAKE: That is my area of expertise. 14 I do also discuss certain items with regards to 15 access and the fence layout. 16 MR. MALANGA: And in Ms. Porter's 17 initial questioning, she said that you gave testimony 18 previously with regard to the conformity of the fence 19 with current electrical code, that was her word. 20 MR. BLAKE: Correct, but I am aware of 21 what the IEEE requirements are for fencing and that's 22 just what the code's under, but that is what all 23 substations are designed to is where the fencing is, 24 is IEEE standards.
