We're coming in with the new tree ordinance, 2 actually the difference between the two, the previous 3 tree ordinance, we were in compliance with that with 4 the original application, that required 167 trees to 5 be replanted on the site. We came back with that 6 plan at 170. With the new tree ordnance, those 7 numbers went way up. The whole number was 351, we're 8 able -- or 350, and we're able to get 317 trees 9 onsite, which is overlooking that here. 10 So, the intent with this plan was to 11 essentially mimic what is there now, with the new 12 plant material. So, we have a variety of species, a 13 mix of shade trees, a mix of evergreen trees, 14 ornamental trees filling out the understory, and then 15 we do have some evergreen and deciduous shrubs that 16 we're proposing. The placement of the trees 17 primarily along the fence line, we're keeping them 18 deciduous as they are now, so the site's gonna have 19 some visual opacity, especially along Prospect Avenue 20 here. We have evergreen trees that are proposed 21 towards the middle of the site, so you have an 22 evergreen screen which doesn't exist today. One of 23 the benefits here is that we can be intentional with 24 our planting that we're coming back with so many 25 trees.
