The plans should be revised to show how the runoff from the outdoor seating area will be directed to the 6" pipes. The Drainage Plan (Sheet 7 of 20) has been revised to remove the proposed drainage pipes from the Sonic outdoor seating area. The outdoor seating area will not be covered. 9. It shows on sheet 7 that the 6" drainage pipe on the easterly side of the outdoor seating area in front of the Sonic restaurant will be in conflict with a light pole foundation. Therefore, the plan must be revised to eliminate the conflict in this area. The Drainage Plan (Sheet 7 of 20) has been revised to eliminate the proposed drainage pipe from the outdoor seating area. 10. However, based on the invert elevations shown, the slope will actually be 5.4%. This discrepancy must be resolved.
