2 d. Exemptions: Activities, gatherings, or other events that may constitute a Pop-Up Party under this Ordinance shall be exempted where the proceeds for the same shall be used for any charitable organization licensed in the State of New Jersey and/or for political contributions to any local, state, or federal campaign. § 4—Enforcement a. The Township Police Department, the Township Health Department, the Township Zoning Official, the Township Fire Department, their agents, employees, officers, or assigns shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this Ordinance. § 5—Penalties: a. All penalties for violation of any provision of this section shall be governed by the provisions of Section 1-5 et seq. of the Revised General Ordinances of the Township of West Orange. § 6—Severability: Each section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase of this Ordinance is declared to be an independent section, subsection, sentence, clause and phrase, and the finding or holding of any such portion of this Ordinance to be unconstitutional, void, or ineffective for any cause, or reason, shall not affect any other portion of this Ordinance. § 7—Repealer. All other ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent with this section are hereby repealed. § 8—Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption and any publication as required by law.
