As a result, Llewellyn Park resident has described his concerns in the a?ached email and shows pictures of the upstream pipe discharging runoff onto his property. The amount of runoff being discharge is a detriment to the slope of the hill that is eroding as well as to the property owner causing the erosion itself with the discharge pipe. We will appreciate if a representa3ve from Hudson-Essex-Passaic Soil Conserva3on District inspects the erosion caused by the discharge pipe and construc3on ac3vi3es at 40 Eagle Ridge Way which probably violates its SCD permit. Thank you and look forward to a response and/or recommenda3ons.
