Kessler Hi Andy, I trust this email finds you well. I wanted to extend our conversa:on from Wednesday, briefly interrupted by my virtual jury duty zoom call. Monica and I would like to extend an invita:on for coffee and tea at our place. It would be a great opportunity for us to delve deeper into your concerns and, more importantly, to get to know each other beFer as neighbors. During our phone call, I men:oned the extensive measures we've taken to address drainage issues. We engaged professional engineers who conducted thorough calcula:ons, going above and beyond. Addi:onally, we installed 8-10 large water reten:on tanks to mi:gate any run-off concerns. All our plans were submiFed to the town and received approval, with our contractors diligently adhering to the specified guidelines. I understand the inconvenience caused by the construc:on noise, and I'm relieved to inform you that this aspect is nearing comple:on. You raised a point about cuNng into the mountain and the poten:al adverse effects on your trees, men:oning leFers you've sent to the town. This was the first I heard of it, and I am genuinely concerned. It seems counterintui:ve given the steps we've taken to reduce water flow. To beFer understand your perspec:ve, could you please email me copies of the leFers you submiFed to the town or other relevant agencies? I would like our engineers to review them, assess the work done, and formulate a thoughQul response. Our ul:mate goal is to foster a harmonious living environment with all our neighbors, including the Kesslers. I believe addressing these concerns together will contribute to achieving that harmony. I look forward to hearing from you soon and hopefully seNng a date for our coffee and tea gathering.
