It states on the plans that the IHOP restaurant will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the Popeye’s restaurant will be open 10:30 am to 11:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 10:30 am to 11:30 pm on Friday and Saturday. The IHOP restaurant hours of operations have been revised to be from 6:00 AM to 12:00 AM seven days a week. The Popeyes hours remain unchanged. 4.
