The Landscape Plan (Sheet 9 of 23) has been revised to relocate the proposed fence to be along the property line and provide additional plantings to improve the landscaped buffer. 3. In accordance with Section 25-12.1(o), provide shade trees to create 50% shade for the parking areas within twenty-five (25) years; whereas it does not appear the proposed landscaping will comply. The Applicant formally requests a waiver from compliance with this section. The proposed development reduces impervious coverage and proposes trees in compliance with the tree replacement ordinance. Testimony will be provided regarding the request for a waiver.
