PLANNING BOARD - TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Township of West Orange, at a meeting to be held on March 12, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. will hold a public hearing by virtual format on the Zoom platform, on the application of The Alpert Group, LLC (“Applicant”) for a one-year extension on an approval by the Planning Board granting bulk variances and preliminary and final site plan approval, set forth in a Resolution adopted May 5, 2021 and extended by approval granted and Resolution adopted April 12, 2023 and by approval granted March 6, 2024 and Resolution adopted February 12, 2025, to construct 94 residential units, approximately 3533 square feet of commercial space and associated improvements at property located at 8-10 and 18 Central Avenue, Block 9, Lots 32 and 36 on the Township of West Orange Tax Map.
