TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE PLANNING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Jeffrey and Sara Kantor will make application to the Township of West Orange on November 5", 2025 at 7:30 PM via Virtual Platform at which time Jeffrey and Sara Kantor will present an application for Variance Approval to allow a five foot extension of their townhome deck located at 9 Schindler Terrace in West Orange. The property upon which the proposed development is to be located is known on the Tax Assessment Map of the Township as Block 166.13, Lot 1€0105. Applicant requests relief from the strict enforcement of section 25-7.1 which requires a rear yard setback of 50 feet. Application proposes rear yard setback of approximately 45 feet. Applicant also seeks relief from the strict enforcement of section 25-10.2d4 which requires a 50 foot natural state buffer. Grass and extensive trees currently buffer the subject premises. Applicant also requests relief from any other variances which may be required by the planning board for property located at 9 Schindler Terrace, Block 166.13, Lot 1€0105. Any persons affected by this application (appeal) have an opportunity to be heard at the meeting. All documents relating to this application may be inspected by the public in the office of the Secretary of the Board in the Municipal Building by appointment only.
