Signed Approval Letter for Application of Variance

Normandie Estate Board of HOA foe The Township of West Orange Department of Zoning This letter is to examine the request from Mr. and Mrs. Kantor who reside at 9 Schindler Ter West Orange NJ 07052 in regard to the application of the variance on the rebuilding and extending the existing balcony. The color and the dimensions of the new balcony are in line with the exterior design and landscape of our community. Therefore, with pleasure, the Board of HOA approved the project and for Mr. and Mrs. Kantor on proceeding with the application of the variance. We understand that this letter is not to replace the construction permit from the township of West Orange.
