West Orange that the following findings of fact,conclusions and determinations withrEgard to this application are hereby confimed and memorialized: 1. The Applicantis continuing an existing use and wishes to replace an existing canopy with a state of the art Rimol Greenhouse System which will provide all-weather coverage for the outside sales of the Metropolitan Plant Exchange. 2. There will be no changesto any existing site conditions and the Board determines that the addition ofthe proposed overhead canopy will serve only as an improvementto the existing site plan. The Application of the Metropolitan Plan Exchange for amended site plan approval to construct an overhead canopy is hereby approved subject to the following condition: 1. The Applicant will satisfy any COAH Growth Share obligation that may arise as a result ofthe grant ofthis application should it be determined by a proper entity withjurisdiction and legal authority to make such determinations that such an obligation exists.
