An increase of fewer than 100 peak hour trips is not considered "significant" by NJDOT, and the proposed project is not expected to result in ANY additional peak hour trips. It can therefore be concluded that the proposed project will NOT have an impact on area traffic. As the proposed project would not modify the State highway driveways, would not reduction non-State highway access, and would not result in a significant increase in traffic, a new NJDOT Access Permit is not required. TPD requested NJDOT concurrence with our findings, and the Department issued a Letter of No Interest (LONI), dated September 18, 2025. A copy of the LONI is provided in the Appendix.
