Enclosed please find the following documents as requested by the Board at the October 23, 2025 meeting: • Five (5) signed and sealed copies of the Traffic Impact Study, prepared by Dynamic Traffic LLC, dated 10/21/2022, last revised 12/4/2025; and • Five (5) signed and sealed copies of the Preliminary and Final Site Plan Drawings, prepared by our office, dated 6/7/2024, last revised 11/25/2025. The enclosed documents have been revised to provide the following: • Shifted the drive-thru lane along the rear of the property in order to increase the rear yard buffer by 3 FT. • Increased the density of the landscaped buffer along the rear yard with the use of staggered plantings, and a mixture of evergreen and deciduous trees.
