Traffic Impact Study Proposed Popeye’s & Fast Food Restaurant – West Orange Popeye’s Operational Data Our office conducted operational characteristic studies at two nearby Popeye’s locations to gather information regarding trip generation, parking turnover, and drive-through queue lengths. Both studies were conducted on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 12:00 – 2:00 PM and from 4:30 – 7:00 PM and on Saturday, November 8, 2025, from 12:00 – 3:00 PM.
