PROSPECT AVENUE (C.R. 577) AND rev. Jul. 8, 2010 EAGLE ROCK AVENUE (C.R. 611) TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, ESSEX COUNTY NOTES: 1. The Vehicle Memory and Recall are to be off for Phases A, C, and D. 2. Vehicle extension shall be set at 2 seconds for Phases A, C, and D. 3. The manual controller is to be disconnected. 4, In Phase A, the Northbound and Southbound left turn arrows are to be capable of terminating independent of one another, with non-conflicting through movements released early upon termination. 5. The hours of operation are as follows: Timing PlanI - 6:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m., Monday-Friday Timing Plan II - 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m., Monday-Friday, 10:00 p.m.-9:00 a.m. Saturday-Sunday Timing Plan III - all other times 6. An offset of 0 seconds is to be measured from the beginning of green for Prospect Avenue (Phase B) and various other intersections during Timing Plans I and III. 7. The intersection shall operate in free float mode (i.e. no background cycle) during Timing Plan II.
