Sheet SP-7 should be revised to note the species of the trees that are proposed to be removed. The Applicant’s Engineer has indicated that the species of the trees that are proposed to be removed will be provided in the tree expert’s report. 5. The plans should be revised to outline the proposed disturbance within steep slopes areas in accordance with §25-28 of the Land Use Regulations. The Applicant is hereby advised that any revised plans or other documents submitted to the Board should be accompanied by a cover letter which addresses each of the comments in this review memorandum and also details any other changes that have been made to the plans as these may not be readily apparent.
