The rear of the building must be painted by the owner of 516 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange, New Jersey. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that this application for technical site plan approval, without variances, to operate Calm Baby RN Learning Center is approved, subject to the additional .conditions set forth in this resolution.
