Further, as at least half of that number must be available to families with children, a minimum of 29 rental family units (i.e., 50% of 58) must be created. Further, as half of the very low-income units must be made available to families with children, a minimum of 15 very-low-income family units (i.e., 50% of 30) must be created. 121
