Section 46. Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, all of which shall constitute one and the same instrument, and each of which shall be deemed to be an original. A fax copy of a signature on this Agreement shall have the same effect as an original provided that an original is received by the other party hereto within two business days thereafter. Section 47. Investment Funding. The Owner agrees to make an investment in the Project and Land in an amount which is not less than 20% of the total Project cost as determined by the Agency puxsuant to the Act and the Program.
