Traffic Impact Statement Dated 10 14 25

 The proposed site plan provides 18-foot deep by 9-foot wide parking stalls served by a minimum 24-foot two-way drive aisle. This design will provide sufficient space for circulation throughout the site and efficient flow to ensure ease for parking maneuvers. Based on this review, it is concluded that safe and efficient access and circulation can be provided to/from the site assuming reasonable and prudent driver behavior. Consequently, from a traffic engineering perspective, the site is particularly well suited for the proposed development and will have no detrimental impact on traffic conditions on the roads surrounding the site.
