NOW, THEREFORE, does the Planning Board (Technical Review Committee) of the Township of West Orange make the following findings of fact and conclusions of law with regard to this application: 1. This is an application for technical site plan approval, without variances, for interior store renovations and flood damage repair. 2. The Board (Technical Review Committee) has recommended and the Applicant has agreed to the following additional conditions of approval: 1. The Applicant shall submit a maintenance plan for the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning of the exterior property. The plan will be submitted at the time of building plan submission; 2. The Applicant to repair fence surrounding the dumpster area; 3. The Applicant to repair pot-holes in the parking lot area ; 4. The Applicant and Township Engineer will review parking lot grading; Applicant will make repairs based on Township Engineer's recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that this application for technical site plan approval, without variances, for interior office renovations is approved, subject to the additional conditions set forth in this resolution.
