Show all pagesoperations were evaluated at the subject intersections. Appended Figure 3 depicts the existing Level of Service results. All movements at the study intersections are calculated to operate at very favorable Level of Service “C” or better during the study peak hours with the exception of the westbound Kling Street morning and evening peak hour movements which operate with longer delays at a Level of Service “D”. As a STOP sign controlled approach along Main Street which carries higher traffic volumes longer delays are typical during peak traffic hours and is typical of other, similar intersections in the area.
