In addition, we also enclosed the following materials in support of the application: • Six (6) sets engineering plans prepared by Joseph N. Bachi, P.E., C.M.E. of EKA Associates, P.A. dated November 4, 2024 and last revised on July 7, 2025; • Six (6) copies of architectural plans prepared by Jeffrey L. Weltz, A.I.A. of Weltz Molinari Architecture dated September 15, 2025; • Six (6) copies of a Proposal detailing the proposed improvements dated August 25, 2025; • Six (6) copies of a certification indicating that the taxes and municipal charges are current; • Six (6) copies of a certified list of property owners within 200 feet of the subject property created on September 5, 2025;

- SERVING THE COMMUNITY FOR MORE THAN 50 YEARS - • One (1) copy of a Fee Explanation form calculating the required application fee; and • One (1) USB Flash Drive containing the digital copies of the application materials. In addition to the above, I have also enclosed three checks made payable to the “Township of West Orange” in the amounts of $1,350 and $4,000 for the municipal application and escrow fees as well as an IRS W9 form signed by the applicant.
