Show all pagesA volume/capacity analysis was conducted using Synchro software for the study intersections during the morning, evening and Saturday peak hours. The existing traffic conditions and operations were evaluated at the subject intersections. Appended Figure 3 depicts the existing Level of Service results. During peak study hours, all movements at the study intersections are projected to operate at a favorable Level of Service (LOS) 'C' or better. The only exceptions are the westbound Kling Street movements, which experience longer delays at LOS 'D' during both morning and evening peaks. These delays are expected for a STOP-sign-controlled approach intersecting a major thoroughfare like Main Street and are consistent with similar intersections in the area.
