We are currently scheduled to appear before the Planning Board on May 6, 2026 at 6:30 PM. We are advised that there is another hearing that was scheduled to be heard before our case and that said hearing may take the entire night of May 6th. We respectfully request that our hearing be adjourned, without further notice, to June 3, 2026, at 7:30 PM. I note that I included the following paragraph in my notice: Please be advised that the hearing may be carried to June 3, 2026 Regular Meeting of the Planning Board, to be held via Zoom at 7:30 pm. If the hearing is carried, please check the West Orange Planning Board website http://westorange.org/Archive.aspx?AMID=38 for the agenda a few days before the hearing date to obtain the zoom link for the hearing. I believe that between the Board’s announcement that the matter is being carried, and the language in our notice, we do not need to provide further notice, but if I am mistaken, please advise.
