Watson of Borre, McDonald & Watson Land Surveyors, dated July 7, 2025, revised October 23, 2025; • One (1) copy of Township of West Orange Site Plan/Subdivision Checklist for PB-25-09 for applicant Johny Perez, undated; • One (1) copy of List of Public Utilities, undated; • One (1) copy of Verification of Taxes and Sewer Charges Paid, prepared by the Township of West Orange Office of the Tax Collector, dated August 8, 2025; and • One (1) copy of W-9 Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification, prepared by Johny R. Perez, dated September 24, 2025. 1. Site Description The subject property, identified as Lot 58 of Block 129 in the Township, is located at 68 Whittlesey Avenue. The rectangular lot includes approximately 100’ of frontage along Whittlesey Avenue. The property measures approximately 10,000 SF or 0.23 acres in area and is currently developed with a single-family home. The building is a 2 ½-story frame dwelling with an attached 1-story section facing the rear yard. The dwelling sits approximately in the center of the lot.
