In accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8- 5.5.(a), major developments are subject to providing water quality treatment when the development results in an increase of one-quarter acre or more of regulated motor vehicle surface. The proposed redevelopment results in approximately 0.85± acres of new regulated motor vehicle surface within the limit of disturbance.
