5.6 Noise Reduction Techniques The project does not result in increased noise. 5.7 Construction Schedule The applicant anticipates commencing project construction in summer 2026, with completion expected from late 2026 to early 2027. 5.8 Miscellaneous On-Site and Off-Site Public Improvements The project includes roadway widening and signal improvements to the intersection of Eagle Rock Avenue, Oval Road, and the realigned driveway to Eagle Rock Avenue. 6.0 ALTERNATIVES Under the no action alternative, the Eagle Rock Avenue and Oval Road intersection improvements will not occur. The existing driveways would remain as is. The no action alternative would keep the existing parking inventory as is. No other scenario would allow for the intersection improvements. Other driveway plans would not necessarily align with the proposed intersection improvements at Eagle Rock Avenue and Oval Road. The proposed parking areas mostly replace existing parking areas, with limited impact on the landscaped area. Adding more parking spaces to comply with the West Orange parking regulations would add additional impervious surface without substantial benefit for the project site. 7.0 PERMITS, LICENSES AND OTHER APPROVALS Table 1 lists the licenses, permits and other approvals applicable to the project.
