Refer to the Required Parking Calculations table for the calculation of the required number of parking spaces. 6. At the time of the site survey being performed and at the time of this site plan application, there are a total of 256 striped parking spaces provided on the subject property. In accordance with Chapter 25-12.6.e.2, an EV parking space shall count as at least two parking spaces for the purpose of complying with minimum parking space requirements. There are a total of 4 EV parking spaces (2 proposed and 2 existing) which shall count as 8 parking spaces for the purpose of complying with minimum parking space requirements. Therefore, the total number of parking spaces provided on the property is 292 parking spaces (284 standard parking spaces + 4 EV parking spaces + 4 EV credit parking spaces). 18. Of the 466 four-inch caliper replacement trees that are required to be planted, a total of 422 four-inch caliper trees are proposed to be planted on the subject property. Refer to the Tree Restoration Plans for the location of the proposed replacement trees to be planted in other areas of the subject property outside of the limits of the proposed project improvements.
