APPENDIX B CORRECTED DISTANCES EXHIBIT The following appendix includes an exhibit titled "Proposed Conditions Analysis - Conditional Use Relief - Corrected Distances" dated May 22, 2026. The exhibit corrects distances noted on slides 2 and 3 of Appendix A wherein Board Members questioned the measurements provided and their consistency with the zoning ordinance at the April 16, 2026 hearing. The relevant measurements have been corrected to conform with the provisions of Chpt. 25-24.2.b.2(i)(2) regulations regarding distances from structures and driveways to nearby property lines with fast food uses.
