Revised plans were submitted on May 27, 2026. Accordingly, the Applicant respectfully requests that the application be adjourned without further notice to the Planning Board’s July 1, 2026 regular meeting. The Applicant further consents to an extension of the time within which the Planning Board is required to render a decision on the application pursuant to the Municipal Land Use Law and any applicable local ordinance. Specifically, the Applicant agrees that the Board’s time to act shall be extended through and including July 1, 2026.
