Part 1: Description of Nonstructural Approach to Site Design In narrative form, provide an overall description of the nonstructural stormwater management approach and strategies incorporated into the proposed site’s design. Attach additional pages as necessary. Details of each nonstructural strategy are provided in Part 3 below. The existing site consists of mostly impervious area. The total impervious area decreased by approximately 900 square feet and replaced with lawn area and landscaping, which is the only measure that can be practically taken given the site's conditions.
