The Applicant had its first public hearing before the Board on May 28, 2026, and in response to some of the comments received, the Applicant adjusted its rooftop plan and added a larger parapet. It also performed additional studies to address questions raised by members of the Board and the public. Accordingly, enclosed for filing with the Board, please find five (5) packages with the following items: • Architectural plans, prepared by Larson Design Group, Inc., consisting of 4 sheets, last revised June 29, 2026. • Building rendering (Option B), prepared by Larson Design Group, Inc., consisting of 1 sheet, dated June 29, 2026. • Sight line view from the second floor of property located directly behind the proposed Mavis building on Cerone Court. • Traffic Impact Study, prepared by Dynamic Traffic, last revised June 26, 2026.
