Additionally, each movement is anticipated to operate at levels of service “D” or better with minimal increases in delays from the No Build condition. See Table 6 for the individual movement levels of service and delays. Prospect Avenue (CR 577) and Blueberry Bend Driveway With the addition of site generated traffic and the anticipated Essex County restriction of left turns at the driveway with additional signage and striping, the right turn movement is projected to operate at No Build levels of service “B” or better during the analyzed peak hours.
