Chandler Zoning Board Secretary Township of West Orange 66 Main Street West Orange, New Jersey 07052 Re: Seton Hall Preparatory School 700 Prospect Avenue – Block 82.01, Lot 1 Adjournment Request Dear Ms. Chandler: As you are aware, this office represents Seton Hall Preparatory School (the “Applicant”) in connection with its application for minor site plan approval along with removal and/or modification of certain conditions of prior approval related to property located at 700 Prospect Avenue and designated as Block 82.01, Lot 1 on the Tax Maps of the Township of West Orange (the “Property”). The matter had been scheduled for a public hearing before the Township of West Orange Zoning Board of Adjustment (the “Board” or the “Zoning Board”) on Thursday, July 16, 2026. On behalf of the Applicant, we respectfully request that the application be carried to the Board’s regularly scheduled meeting date of August 20, 2026, with the preservation of notice. Should the Board agree to this request, we kindly request that it announce at the August 20, 2026 meeting that the hearing for the application of Seton Hall Preparatory School, 700 Prospect Avenue, will be carried to the Zoning Board meeting of August 20, 2026, which will be conducted via Zoom. The Zoom information to join the meeting may be found and verified on the Zoning Board’s agenda on the Township’s website. No further notice of the application will be provided.
