General Comments: 1. No response required. 2. No response required since the Planning Report will address the d-6 height variance. 3. A Landscaping Plan has been provided and coordinated with the existing site landscaping. 4, The proposed front steps have been rearranged to provide adequate steps (at 8” each) to meet the existing sidewalk as shown on the revised Grading Plan. 5. The existing wall and fence along the frontage of the property is proposed to be removed and replaced with a proposed fence and gate (opening towards the house) along the existing sidewalk on Whittlesey Avenue. 6. The Schedule of General Requirements Table revised to show the accurate Existing and Proposed Building height. 7. Safe Turning movements in the rear of the property are provided.
