SUMMARY OF EX-107 GROUND AND SECOND FLOOR PARKING LAYOUT PROPERTY: 525 NORTHFIELD AVENUE BLOCK: 159.04, LOT 1.01 The parking layout was adjusted to maximize the number of surface parking spaces. Parking was added along the wall at the upper-level parking area, and several additional surface spaces were added at the lower level. These adjustments allowed the number of proposed stackers to be significantly reduced from 16 to 5 while maintaining the same overall parking count. The parking breakdown is as follows: Lower Level: Previously, there were 49 surface spaces and 32 spaces provided via stackers. The revised layout now provides 64 surface parking spaces and 10 spaces via stackers. Upper Level: Previously, there were 84 surface parking spaces. The revised layout now provides 91 surface parking spaces. Total: 165 Parking Spaces: 155 surface parking spaces and 10 spaces provided via stackers, for a total of 165 parking spaces.
