Pleasant Place, and the Dogwood Pump Station, 794 Northfield Avenue, under the direction, supervision and responsibility of the record Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) as created by the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA) all in accordance with their proposal dated December 3,2014 for a total fee not to exceed $83,270.00. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be published in the West Orange Chronicle within ten (10) days of its approval as require by State Statute. KAREN J.
