3-16 January 5, 2016 RESOLUTION Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association WHEREAS, the Township Council of the Township of West Orange is authorized to designate one of the Council Members as a Trustee of the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association (hereinafter referred to as “ERSCHA”); and WHEREAS, the Township Council is desirous of approving Councilperson Victor Cirilo, for a one year term as Council Representative to the Eagle Rock Senior Citizens Housing Association. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Councilperson Victor Cirilo, be and hereby is appointed as Trustee of ERSCHA for a one year term commencing on January 1, 2016 and expiring on December 31, 2016.
