RESOLUTION CANCELING RESOLUTION 34-15, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EMERGENCY TEMPORARY APPROPRIATION FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING EMINENT TAX APPEALS PRIOR TO ADOPTION OF 2015 BUDGET-NJSA40A:4-20 295-15 WHEREAS, Resolution 34-15 was adopted on January 6, 2014;, and; WHEREAS, the Township Chief Financial Officer has determined that the resolution is no longer necessary; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT Resolution 34-15 is now hereby cancelled.
