NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE, that the Mayor shall be and hereby is authorized to execute the Shared Services/Inter-Local Agreement in the form annexed hereto, in connection with the expansion of faculty and administrative parking and construction of a bus lane at the Gregory School; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the original fully executed copy of the agreement shall be maintained by the Municipal Clerk with a copy to be provided to the School District. ________________________________ Karen J.
