2 WHEREAS, there is a $500.00 fee payable to the DEP for the application for the subject HDSRF grants if the grants are awarded. NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWNSHIP COUNCIL OF THE TOWNSHIP OF WEST ORANGE that that Matrix is hereby authorized to make and file the attached application for the subject HDSRF grant on behalf of the Township; and it is further RESOLVED, that the Business Administrator is hereby authorized to execute any and all necessary documents or forms necessary to complete the application for the subject HDSRF grant; and it is further RESOLVED, that Matrix is hereby authorized to provide additional application information and furnish such documents as may be required; and it is further RESOLVED, that Matrix is hereby authorized to act as the authorized correspondent on behalf of the Township for the application for the subject HDSRF grant; and it is further RESOLVED, that the Township Council authorizes the expenditure of the 25% of the costs associated with removal of the USTs located at the Selecto-Flash Properties up to a maximum of $14,750; and it is further RESOLVED, that the Township Council authorizes the expenditure of $500.00 payable to the DEP for the application fee related to the application for the subject HDSRF grant in the event that the grant is awarded; and it is further RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution shall be made available in the Clerk’s office to the extent required with applicable law.
