(Matrix) is pleased to present this proposal for the disposal of two 55-gallon drums of brick material containing hazardous levels of lead for the above-referenced property located in West Orange, Essex County, New Jersey. The two 55-gallon drums were generated during the building demolition activities. SCOPE OF WORK AND COST Based on Matrix’s sample results collected from the brick material, the levels of lead are considered hazardous. The scope of work includes the completion of a RCRA application form to obtain a temporary RCRA generator ID number for the one-time disposal of hazardous waste, the review of the waste profile forms, and the oversight of drum removal activities. The temporary ID should not include annual fees. Matrix’s subcontractor will pick up and provide the transportation and disposal of the drums. The field work will be completed in one day. The waste profile form and hazardous waste manifest will require Township signature and copies will be provided to the Township.
