Agreement, Roseland has agreed to indemnify the Township for any services provided for the Borough, as stated in Schedule A attached to the Inter-Local Agreement; NOW, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to execute and counter-sign the Inter-local Agreement with the Borough of Roseland annexed hereto as Attachment “A”, and the Municipal Clerk be and is hereby authorized to attest to the Mayor’s signature thereon. ________________________________ Karen Carnevale Victor Cirilo Township Clerk Council President Adopted: March 19, 2013
