It should be noted that said fee does not include Technical Review of the Site Plan, traffic counts on the roadway network, capacity analyses of the roadway network surrounding the proposed development site. Our technical review will be based on the data, analyses, and information submitted by the Applicant’s Traffic Engineers. Preparation for and attendance at meetings as requested would be provided per our hourly rate schedule. Further, if the Client elects to change the scope of services, any additional services can be provided at our hourly rates. Should the Applicant or the Applicant’s Professionals submit revised traffic studies or site plans for our review relative to traffic and parking concerns, additional escrow would be necessary to perform our review of additional information.
