NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Township Council of the Township of West Orange that Resolution No. 26-18 dated January 9, 2018 which awarded a Professional Services Contract to T&M associates, 11 Tindall Road, Middletown, NJ 07748 in the amount of $66,500 for professional environmental services at Fire House No. 4 at 280 Pleasant Valley Way be rescinded. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Purchase Order No. 159293 issued to T&M Associates in the amount of $66,500.00 be voided by the Finance Department and Purchasing Department and the funds unencumbered.
